Jocelyne Brochu Wins Arlequin fo Best short Perfomance

The Fédération québécoise du théâtre amateur held its annual Arlequin Awards gala, which recognizes excellence in amateur theatre. The FQTA awarded the Arlequin Award for Best Short Performance to Jocelyne Brochu for her role as Joëlle in the comedy “Et surtout pour le pire.” Congratulations, Jocelyne!

The Théâtre St-Bruno Players received a total of seven nominations this year. In addition to Jocelyne Brochu, the other six nominations went to:
Best Comedy – L’Oiseau Vert
Best Short Perfomance – Mariève Guérin (Ninetta – L’Oiseau Vert)
Best Short Perfomance – Danielle Savoie (Aoïfe – Outside Mullingar)
Best Director – Jean-François Marchand assisted by Réjean Lacoste (L’Oiseau Vert)
Best Soundtrack – Jean-François Marchand and Pierre Petit (L’Oiseau Vert)
Creation Competition (Original Work) – Jacques Turcotte for his play Des âmes et des silences
