MEPEC, the Montérégie East Partnership for the English-Speaking Community. MEPEC is dedicated to the health and vitality of the English-speaking community through collaboration and partnership with community, public and private organizations. We work to serve the interests of the English-speaking population to ensure our members and the population have access to services and information in English.

MEPEC offers in-person and online programs, workshops and activities focused on a variety of topics that benefit families, youth, adults, and seniors. Our community library, located in Beloeil is home to over 4000 books.
